Torun Center is being designed as a mixed-use project on the land of the former Ali Sami Yen Stadium.
Equipped with a range of characteristics which will
meet all the requirements of the modern life, the units
under development vary from 1 bedroom units with an
area of 100 m² to large 4 bedroom units with an area
of 425 m² . Composed of 3 blocks, two of which are
42-floor residential blocks and a 36 floor office block,
the project will have a three storey car park, one of
which will be reserved for the municipality.
The tower blocks are designed in different positions
on the lot, inspired by the "tropism" concept, referring
to the plants that orient themselves towards the sun.
With this design, all façades of the three blocks will
enjoy different panoramic views of the city, from the
Bosphorus to the Sea of Marmara.
Through the Project, İstanbul will enjoy a modern town square. Areas below ground level are planned as office floors with gardens and terraces. The centerpiece
of the project is designed to be a city square with
restaurants and cafés on a 10,000 m² area. On the
other hand, the west of the plot is planned to enhance
the integration of the project with the city.
Sales which began in the first quarter of 2013 are executed in the US dollar currency.
