Mall of İstanbul, which consists of a shopping mall, residential and office units, is Turkey’s largest mixed-use project. Mall of İstanbul is attracting attention by being an urban transformation project.
The Mall of İstanbul Project is built next to Mahmutbey booths on the TEM Motorway. Located only five kilometers from Atatürk International Airport, the side is also very close to a future metro line, whose project design phase is complete
Total construction area of Mall of İstanbul, designed as a new lifestyle center for İstanbul, is 725,845 m². 30% of the total area of the shopping center, which has 350 stores and 4,000 car parking capacity, is reserved for entertainment and food. Shopping Center, that has a GLA of 154,457 m² , also contains an amusement park of 10,045 m² for kids, a movie theater complex of 8,962 m² with 16 screens and 3,050 seats capacity, an exhibition area of 9,481 m² of and a 700-seat conference / theater hall. 50% of the project was designed as Shopping Center, 40% as the sellable residential area and 10% as the office space.
A construction cost of TRY 791 million was spent for the project and Mall of İstanbul was inaugurated on May 23, 2014.
